Terms of Service
Last updated May 30, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Yearly (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Your account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
Subscriptions and free trial
Yearly may offer paid subscriptions, including a free trial period. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and the applicable fee will be charged. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. We may change our prices with reasonable notice.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful or harmful purpose;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
- Reverse engineer or copy the Service except as permitted by law.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create in the Service. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for the content you add and for ensuring you have the rights to use it.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, software, and branding, is owned by Yearly and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or other brand features.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, though some provisions of these Terms will survive.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yearly will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue arising from your use of the Service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
