- Usage and device data. Basic technical information such as your browser type, device, and interactions with the Service, used to keep it working and secure.
How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
- Authenticate you and keep your account secure;
- Save and sync your content across your devices;
- Communicate with you about your account, including service updates;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Service (for example, hosting, authentication, and email delivery), and only as needed to provide it. These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Yearly and its users.
The Service loads web fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests these fonts, Google receives technical data such as your IP address. See Google's privacy policy for details on how Google processes this data.
Data storage and security
Your data is stored with our hosting and database providers and protected with industry-standard safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and limit access to it.
Your rights and choices
You can access, update, or delete your content at any time from within the Service. From your profile page you can also export a copy of all your data in a machine-readable format and permanently delete your account and all associated data. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to sign you in and keep the Service functioning. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect how the Service works.
Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
